I'm sorry you are having this problem. Open a new window so you can go back to these instructions, it really is easy once you get the hang of it.
1. go to imgbox.com
2. Choose "upload images"
3. A box will open and navigate to where the picture is such as "pictures" or "Downloads." Double click on the picture.
4. The choices will now be "Select content type", choose "Family safe content."
5. The next box says "Thumbnail 100 X 100" click the down arrow to change that to 350 X 350 then "start upload."
6. When it uploads you will have three boxes, choose the one on the right "BB-Code" click on it and it will highlight, then right click and choose "copy." You are done.
7. Come here, write your text then right click where you want the picture.
